about us

The word 'deep' can have multiple meanings in a yoga context, including physical depth, concentration or awareness, and spiritual depth.

In the context of light, "deep" can refer to the level of inner clarity or insight that is experienced during yoga practice.

Personally, 'Deep' is also a nod to my father, whose name is Deepak.

about Yash

Founder

I am Yash, a certified Ashtanga Yoga practitioner [RYT 200] who trained in an International Yoga Alliance-certified school in Mysore, India. I challenge the perception that yoga can only be practiced in the studio. As Australians, we love the outdoors, and traditionally, yoga has also been practiced while connecting with nature.

I believe that yoga is a practice that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I look forward to leading you on a journey of discovery as we explore the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga.
